We use precious metals such as sterling silver and gold as the base. For color elements, we use high-quality enamel. All materials are safe and durable for everyday wear.

Can I return or exchange my order?

1. Policy Basis

All pieces are custom-made and personalized. Except for verified quality issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases (Except for Quality Issues):

  • Personal preference: Changes in taste, style, color, or design details.
  • Size issues: Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Customization changes: Requested changes after production has started.
  • Low-quality materials provided: (e.g., blurry photos)
  • Normal wear and tear: Scratches, tarnishing, abrasions from use.
  • Unauthorized modification/damage: Resulting from improper use or alterations.

3. Eligible Return/Exchange Cases (Quality Issues Only):

  • Material mismatch: E.g., advertised 925 silver not passing verification.
  • Craftsmanship defects: Cracks, breaks, loose settings, sharp edges.
  • Design errors: Misspelled text, major pattern or color issues.

4. Quality Issue Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Inspect the product within 7 business days of receipt.
  2. Contact customer service with a description and photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Review & confirmation within 48 hours.
  4. Return the item in original packaging. Prepay shipping (reimbursed after inspection).
  5. Inspection & resolution:
    • Exchange: 7–10 business days after inspection
    • Refund: 5–7 business days after inspection
If no quality issue is found, we will return the product at your expense.

  • Confirm all design details during customization—we cannot accept returns based on confirmed content.
  • For high-value items, we recommend insuring the return shipment.
How long does it take to create a piece?
