We’re happy to offer discounts on bulk orders! The discount amount will vary depending on the quantity and customization. Please contact us directly so we can manually adjust the price for you.
We use precious metals such as sterling silver and gold as the base. For color elements, we use high-quality enamel. All materials are safe and durable for everyday wear.
1. Policy Basis
All pieces are custom-made and personalized. Except for verified quality issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases (Except for Quality Issues):
- Personal preference: Changes in taste, style, color, or design details.
- Size issues: Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Customization changes: Requested changes after production has started.
- Low-quality materials provided: (e.g., blurry photos)
- Normal wear and tear: Scratches, tarnishing, abrasions from use.
- Unauthorized modification/damage: Resulting from improper use or alterations.
3. Eligible Return/Exchange Cases (Quality Issues Only):
- Material mismatch: E.g., advertised 925 silver not passing verification.
- Craftsmanship defects: Cracks, breaks, loose settings, sharp edges.
- Design errors: Misspelled text, major pattern or color issues.
4. Quality Issue Return/Exchange Process:
- Inspect the product within 7 business days of receipt.
- Contact customer service with a description and photos/videos of the issue.
- Review & confirmation within 48 hours.
- Return the item in original packaging. Prepay shipping (reimbursed after inspection).
- Inspection & resolution:
- Exchange: 7–10 business days after inspection
- Refund: 5–7 business days after inspection
If no quality issue is found, we will return the product at your expense.
5. Important Notes:
- Confirm all design details during customization—we cannot accept returns based on confirmed content.
- For high-value items, we recommend insuring the return shipment.
- Silver pieces: 3–4 weeks production time
- Gold pieces: 2–3 weeks production time
Note: These timeframes do not include shipping. Typical shipping time is 1 week.
